We understand that you want your coffee as soon as possible and we'll always do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Order's placed before 12pm are generally dispatched the same day. However sometimes there are delays in shipping, but we will contact you if the delay is likely going to be more than 1 day. 

If you require your order urgently please contact us first to confirm we can do next day dispatch on the items you would like.

Most of our Small Batch coffee beans are roasted to order and ship it out on a Thursday or Friday. Please place your Small Batch orders by 8am Tuesday so that they will be shipped the same week!

If you order additional coffee beans or gifts with your small batch coffee your full order will be shipped Thursday or Friday as per the order cut offs above.

If you would like your other items shipped prior please place on a separate order or contact us to arrange for an additional shipping payment.

Please note that as a result of the COVID pandemic shipping volumes have increased and shipping times may exceed those listed. 

For our Perth Metro customers you should receive your order within 2-9 business days and 1-3 business day's for Express Post. Please note that the shipping guarantee from Australia Post has been voided. For more detailed express post conditions please visit Australia Post website

For our national and regional customers your deliveries should arrive in 5-8 business days (some remote locations maybe longer). 

We will continue to dispatch orders over the 2022 Christmas holidays from stock on hand. Please note the majority of our partner roasters shut down until 3rd/4th of January 2022 so some items may not ship until end of the first week of the New Year.



If you would like your Christmas Gift order to arrive with fresher beans write 'Christmas Gift' in the notes section when ordering and we will deliver your order closer to Christmas. 

Perth Metro: Order by 14th December 2022 11.59PM AWST so that your order will arrive in time for Christmas Day. Perth Coffee Exchange will guarantee delivery by Christmas Day on Perth Metro orders only placed before 14th December 2022 only. If ordering after this date please choose Express Post delivery option. Please email us at for any delivery related questions as depending on your delivery suburb we may be able to guarantee deliver on orders placed after 14th December 2022.

Perth Regional and Interstate: Orders placed after the 8th December 2022 consider the Express Post shipping option to give your gift the best chance of arriving on time. We use Australia Post for all interstate and regional orders so once we dispatch we have no control over arrival days

Please choose Express Post if you order after these deadlines to receive your delivery as soon as possible.

 Please note some remote locations may take longer than 8 business days to deliver and after dispatch Perth Coffee Exchange has no control over orders and as such cannot guarantee delivery times. If you are in a remote part of regional Australia please allow extra time.

Perth metro your order will be shipped via Australia Post or by Perth Coffee Exchange delivery. For Perth regional and interstate your order will be shipped with Australia Post. Tracking numbers will be emailed upon dispatch.

After your order has been delivered Perth Coffee Exchange holds no responsibility for damage or stolen goods. Whilst every effort is made to ship your order in the quickest possible time factors outside of our control may delay your delivery. 


All of our beans are roasted to the highest quality by the roasters and we know you will enjoy them as much as we do. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied please let us know and we will make sure you get your coffee fix that you are after.

All products sourced have been tested and have created many cups of delicious coffee. If you are experiencing any issues please contact us so that we can make sure you are brewing quality cups of coffee every time.


Please note we cannot refund just because you change your mind, do not like the flavour or if you order the wrong grind type.


Incorrect payments caused by unforeseen technical errors during the order process will need to be amended prior to orders being dispatched. Perth Coffee Exchange will issue a refund on any over charged amounts and the customer will be liable for any under payments that occur on orders.  Errors may affect order quantities, pricing or shipping rates.
