Getting Your Coffee to You:

Shipping Your Order

Where Do You Live? In Perth City:

  • Regular delivery: 2-5 business days
  • Express delivery: 1-2 business days
  • We use Australia Post or our own drivers

Outside Perth:

  • Delivery takes 5-8 business days
  • We use Australia Post
  • Might take longer if you live very far away

After We Ship:

  • You'll get an email with a tracking number
  • You can check where your package is

Important Notes:

  • Bad weather might slow things down
  • Once your coffee is delivered to your address, we can't be responsible if it gets damaged or stolen
  • Express Post isn't guaranteed next-day anymore
  • For more detailed express post conditions please visit Australia Post website

Single Origin Coffee Bean Orders

When We Ship These Beans

  • We roast most of our special single-origin coffee beans just for you
  • We ship these fresh-roasted beans on Thursdays and Fridays

Important Ordering Times

  • Want your beans this week? Order by 8 AM on Tuesday
  • If you order other coffee or gifts with your special beans, we'll ship everything together on Thursday or Friday

Want Your Other Items Sooner? You have two choices:

  1. Make two separate orders
  2. Contact us to pay for an extra shipping fee

Quality Promise

We make sure all our coffee beans are roasted really well. Each type of coffee we sell has been tested to make sure it makes great coffee.

If You're Not Happy

  • If you're not completely happy with your coffee, tell us! We want to help you get coffee you'll love
  • Having trouble making good coffee? Let us know and we'll help you make it better

Important Note About Returns
We can't give you your money back if:

  • You change your mind
  • You don't like how the coffee tastes
  • You ordered the wrong type of ground coffee (like ordering coarse when you needed fine)

Coffee Subscription Terms

Your Subscription

  • Regular coffee deliveries based on your schedule
  • Change or skip deliveries anytime (48 hours notice preferred)
  • Cancel anytime - no fees or penalties

Payments

  • Automatic card charges before each delivery
  • We'll contact you if payment fails

Changes We Might Make

  • We may need to adjust prices due to coffee market changes
  • We may change or end the subscription service
  • We'll give you 14 days notice of any changes
  • You can cancel if you don't like the changes

Payment Problems

If Something Goes Wrong With Your Payment:

  • If you get charged too much because of a computer error, we'll give you your money back
  • If you get charged too little, you'll need to pay the difference
  • We'll do our best to fix any payment problems before sending your coffee

This might happen if there's a mistake with:

  • How many items you ordered
  • The price of items
  • Shipping costs
