Easy Ways to Get Your Coffee

How it works:

  • Place your order online
  • Select "Click & Collect" at checkout
  • Wait for our "Ready for pickup" email
  • Collect during business hours

2. Shipping Australia-Wide

  • Perth Metro & Close Suburbs: $5 standard / $9 express
  • Perth Outer Suburbs: $8 standard / $12 express
  • Perth Regional: $12.50 standard / $21 express
  • Rest of Australia Metro: $11.00 standard / $16 express
  • Rest of Australia Regional: $12.50 standard / $23 express

When Will I Get My Coffee?

Regular Coffee Orders

Order Processing:

Orders before 12pm → We usually pick and pack the same day; allow up to two business days for dispatch

Single origin coffees are roasted for your order and ship Thursdays and Fridays (see roasting schedule below).

If your order is delayed beyond two business days, we'll contact you.

Public holidays and peak periods can add a few days.

Delivery Times

Perth Metro:

Standard: 2-7 business days

Express: 1-3 business days

Regional & Interstate:

Standard: 5-8 business days

Remote areas may take longer

Special Coffee Roasting Schedule

Single Origin Small Batch Coffee:

  • Roasted fresh each week
  • Order by 8am Tuesday
  • Ships Thursday/Friday
  • Want other items sooner? Place a separate order or contact us

Note: If you order additional coffee beans or gifts with your single origin coffee beans, your full order will be shipped Thursday or Friday as per the order cut offs above.

Important Notes

  • Gift Orders: We thoughtfully coordinate roasting and dispatch times to ensure your recipient gets the freshest possible beans.
  • Australia Post Alert: During the holiday season, delivery networks are experiencing high volumes. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend selecting Express Post at checkout.
  • Personal Touch: Each gift order is carefully prepared and can include a gift card and wrap to make your gift extra special.
