Returns​

All of our beans are roasted to the highest quality by our partner roasters and we know you will enjoy them as much as we do. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied please let us know and we will make sure you get your coffee fix that you are after.​

All products sourced have been tested and have created many cups of delicious coffee. If you are experiencing any issues please contact us so that we can make sure you are brewing quality cups of coffee every time. 

Please note we cannot refund just because you change your mind, do not like the flavour or if you order the wrong grind type. Unfortunately no returns can be offered on ground coffee so please select grind type and coffee bean type with care.

Terms

Incorrect payments caused by unforeseen technical errors during the order process will need to be amended prior to orders being dispatched. Perth Coffee Exchange will issue a refund on any over charged amounts and the customer will be liable for any under payments that occur on orders.  Errors may affect order quantities, pricing or shipping rates.

 

Subscription Payment Terms

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment terms:

  1. Subscription Cancellation: You are responsible for canceling your subscription at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment. Failure to do so may result in a further charges for the subsequent billing cycle.
  2. Payment Adjustment: Perth Coffee Exchange reserves the right to adjust your payment date by up to 2 days within any given month at our discretion.
  3. If we need to bring it forward by more than 2 days we will notify you via email in advance of any such changes. 
  4. Orders placed between the 26th and 31st of the Month will be shipped at the start of the next month whilst we are in our roaster change over period. If you require beans urgently please reach out and let us know so that we can ship your order straight away.

These terms ensure the smooth operation of our subscription service while providing flexibility and support for our valued customers.
