Water Temperature: 94°C (201°F), just off the boil
Filter
- Pre-rinse the filter paper with hot water.
- Add ground coffee.
- Bloom: Pour 50ml hot water, wait 30 seconds.
- Pour remaining water slowly in a circular motion.
- Enjoy!
AeroPress (1:16)
- Use 15g coffee per 240ml water. Increase for multiple cups (example: 60g for four).
- Bloom: Pour 50ml hot water, wait 30 seconds.
- Pour remaining water.
- Insert plunger, steep 1 minute.
- Press slowly (20-30 seconds).
- Enjoy!
