Meet Dale: The Heart and Soul of Two Cracks
Behind Two Cracks Coffee is Dale, a passionate coffee aficionado who pours his heart and soul into every roast. Hailing from the beautiful island of Malta, Dale grew up surrounded by the rich coffee culture of the Mediterranean.
His upbringing instilled in him a deep appreciation for quality coffee and the importance of treating it as a ritual, not just a drink. This passion is evident in every bean that comes out of his roastery.
Two Cracks Coffee isn't just a roastery; it's a passion project born from a love of coffee deeply ingrained in owner Dale's Mediterranean roots. Growing up on the beautiful island of Malta, with its rich Sicilian and Italian influences, coffee wasn't just a drink – it was a way of life.
A Mission for Exceptional Coffee, Simply:
Dale's mission is simple yet profound: to provide his customers with high-quality, single-origin coffees sourced directly from sustainable plantations and expertly roasted by him, just for you. Simple.
"I want to celebrate the hard work the farmers have put into getting us this amazing coffee," says Dale. "I only purchase high quality green beans from sustainable farms, mostly co-ops and family run microlots."

- Colombia - Belen de Umbria - Like a perfectly balanced dessert, this medium roast harmonises the richness of milk chocolate and vanilla with subtle nutty undertones. A bright citrus acidity adds a playful touch, while a creamy body and lingering sweetness create a truly satisfying finish.
- PNG Peaberry Microlot- these beans are meticulously shade-grown, resulting in a medium roast with exceptional flavour and complexity.
- Ethiopian Guji Hambela Natural -The cherries were then sun dried on raised beds for 4-6 weeks . Yet another cracker from the region! The flavours and complexity in this coffee is incredible
- Honduras Single Origin - Grown in the shade of towering liquidambar trees on the Liquidambar Farm, these beans are meticulously cultivated to capture the essence of the region.
- Colombian Huila Decaf Coffee - Hailing from Colombias highest peak this premium Mountain water Decaffeinated coffee, processed using clear pure glacier water, the resulting coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine free.
