Standard Brewing Guide For Filter & AeroPress

Coffee: 20g (Filter) / 15g (AeroPress)
Grind Size: Medium (Filter) / Medium-Fine (AeroPress)
Water Temperature: 94°C (201°F), just off the boil

Filter

Pre-rinse the filter paper with hot water.
Add ground coffee.
Bloom: Pour 50ml hot water, wait 30 seconds.
Pour remaining water slowly in a circular motion.
Enjoy!

AeroPress (1:16)

Use 15g coffee per 240ml water. Increase for multiple cups (example: 60g for four).
Bloom: Pour 50ml hot water, wait 30 seconds.
Pour remaining water.
Insert plunger, steep 1 minute.
Press slowly (20-30 seconds).
Enjoy!

Tips

Water Temperature: Experiment slightly below 94°C for different flavors.
Grind Size: Adjust for a perfect extraction time (around 30 seconds).
Scaling (Aeropress): The golden ratio is 1:16 (coffee:water).
Dilution (AeroPress): Your brew may be strong, dilute with hot water to taste.
