Dose: 16.5g of fresh grounds in the basket
Yield: 36-38g of espresso in the cup
Time: 28 to 32 seconds, timed from the first drop
Grind: Fine, like caster sugar. Bitter and slow? Go a touch coarser. Sour and fast? A touch finer.

Tip: Start here. Not quite right? Change one thing — usually the grind — and tomorrow's cup is better. Today's is still fresh coffee.

Coffee arrives every two, four or six weeks, whichever you choose. Pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account, and orders not yet shipped are refunded in full if you cancel. Need a different rhythm? Email us and we'll set it up.

This box deliberately spans the range so you can compare styles side by side. The lineup above lists each coffee and its roast level.

What if I don't like one of the coffees?

Tell us which one missed and why, and we'll help make your next pick a better fit. Full policy in our help centre.

What if a coffee in my box is out of stock?

If a coffee in your box sells out, we'll be in touch by email or SMS to offer a swap, or you can wait for it to come back into stock.
