What's the difference between the three?

Roaster of the Month gives you a different Perth roaster each month, with a choice of one coffee or a small variety pack. Single Origin of the Month is single origins only, for drinkers who want to taste specific farms and regions. Decaf of the Month is one specialty decaf each delivery, curated to the same standard.

Can I switch between them later?

Yes. Cancel one and start another any time, or message us and we'll swap it for you. No questions, no penalty.

Can I skip a delivery, pause, or change frequency?

Yes to all three, from your account. Skip a single delivery if you're stocked, pause for as long as you need, or change between monthly, fortnightly, and 6-weekly. Adjust quantities the same way.

How does the 10% discount work?

You get 10% off every delivery for your first six months. Applied automatically at checkout. After that you pay the standard rate, which is already well below cafe prices for the same coffee.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account or message us. No lock-in, no cancellation fees, no questions.

How fresh is the coffee?

We dispatch within days of roast. Most orders ship within 2 business days. Fresher than what you'd buy at most cafes.

When do I get my first delivery?

Your first box ships within 2 business days of signing up. After that, deliveries follow the schedule you choose (monthly, fortnightly, or 6-weekly).

What if I don't like the coffee?

Tell us. We'll adjust your next delivery to suit. We've been doing this for over 7 years and we know how to dial it in.
