Brazil Ponte Funda
Medium Roast (Omni) | Chocolate, Hazelnut, Toffee & Brown Sugar
A single origin from Fazenda Ponte Funda that tastes like the coffee Australia grew up on. Dark chocolate sweetness leads, with hazelnut, toffee and brown sugar filling it out. Velvety body, smooth mouthfeel, pleasant finish, no rough edges. Nostalgic without being dull, and roasted as an omni profile so the same bag works for espresso and filter.

Colombia Apia
Light-Medium Roast (Omni) | Mandarin, Lemon Candy & Panela
A bright, clean lot from Apia in Risaralda. Mandarin and orange citrus up front with lemon candy sweetness behind it, sitting on panela, the raw cane sugar flavour Colombians know well. Pleasant as espresso, holds up in milk, and genuinely stands out as a filter, where the citrus gets full room to move.

Together, they cover the two directions a single origin can take your routine. The Brazilian for cups where you want comfort and body, chocolate doing what chocolate does. The Colombian for brightness and lift, with sweetness attached rather than acidity for its own sake.
