A monthly rotating single origin feature, picked the same way we pick the Roaster of the Month ā€” carefully chosen single origins from across our roaster network, refreshed each month. For drinkers who want to see what one origin can do without committing to a full multi-coffee box.

July 2026 Featured Pair: Kaltiva ā€” Burundi & Brazil

For July, both single origins come from Kaltiva, our Roaster of the Month. A bright, fruit-forward Burundi on one side, a rich and chocolatey Brazil on the other. Two different origins, two different roast levels, two different drinking moments, selected to show what Kaltiva does when given room to work across regions.

Kigina Hill (Burundi) Omni Roast | Red Apple, Tropical Fruit & Bergamot
 A microlot from Kigina Hill, processed at the Kinama Washing Station and slowly dried to protect its clarity. Red apple and bright tropical fruit lead, lifted by a distinctive thread of bergamot, and it stays clean and fresh to the last sip. Roasted for omni use, so it pulls a vibrant espresso and an equally expressive filter.

Brazil Medium Roast | Black Forest Cake & Cherry
 A rich, chocolatey Brazil with cherry sweetness and a smooth, comforting finish. Black Forest cake and cherry compote run through the cup, easy to drink and built for everyday. Great as espresso, with the chocolate notes coming forward in milk.

Together, they cover most of how single origins drink. The Burundi for filter brews and black cups when you want the fruit and bergamot to come through clearly. The Brazil for everyday cups with chocolate and cherry, equally good as espresso or in milk.

Perfect for: drinkers who switch origins through the week, filter setups looking for something more expressive, and anyone curious about what one roaster does across two very different growing regions.

Best way to experience new coffee

We were fed up buying bad coffee beans from the supermarket and didnā€™t have time to go to the farmers market of roasters too often.
