Brother of Mine is an all time favourite local Perth coffee roaster of our customers and they sure do well to bring a modern, funky twist to your coffee cup! Their mission is to build meaningful relationships and grow a supportive community. Located in Port Kennedy, Brother of Mine is a growing local roaster in the Perth hospitality scene and is extending its roots from Perth's suburbs to a wider and growing community.
On our visit to Brother of Mine's roastery, founders Ben and Jos gave us insight into their business and the story behind it. Brother of Mine is all about creating connections and building a community. It's about sharing the love of something meaningful which really resonated with us as we are also about sharing the love of the best that WA has to offer. Ben and Jos have done so well to capture that fun, community spirit that they grew up with in the 80's and 90's evident through their style and designs with some of their coffee labels nodding at popular hits of the time - we are looking at you No Sleep Till Brooklyn.
Brother of Mine uses a classic gas burner roaster, furnished in all the rusticated trimmings of brass hardware and its thick painted metal exterior - 'we call her Betty' after Ben and Jos Grandmother the matriarch of their family.

People Everyday
This go to classic blend is popular for a reason! With a flavour profile that transcends any coffee style, you would be sure to appreciate the exciting flavours of caramel, peanuts and popcorn that comes out in milk based coffees and toffee, plum and dark chocolate hints running through your black coffee. People Everyday is our smoother variety being a medium roast that will be included in the subscription boxes.
No Sleep Till Brooklyn
Looking for a coffee that will keep you going through the day without the burnt taste of some darker roasts? Then look no further! No Sleep Till Brooklyn is the perfect medium-dark roast with a delicious caramelised sugar and dark chocolate flavour that is sure to keep you going! Being the perfect blend of smooth with a kick we know you will be as obsessed with this one as we are!
Hyperdrive
This coffee is taken to the outer edges of dark, resulting in a rich and creamy profile that pairs well with strong, sugary aromas. Notes of dark chocolate, malt, and honey make this coffee the perfect pick-me-up for any time of day. This stronger variety is our darkest roast from Brother of Mine and is perfect for those that love coffee that tastes like real coffee!

Tanzania
This medium roast has amazing flavours of honey, berry and stone fruits making it the perfect cup to wake up to especially in Summer!
Papua New Guinea
Another medium roast with the delicious notes of cocoa nibs, maple and plum jam. This single origin is sure to transport your tastebuds to a feeling we can only describe as breakfast at grandma's house.
El Salvador - Filter
This medium to light roast feels like a tropical holiday with flavours of tropical fruits and lemon lime bitters. Sounds like sunset drinks over looking the ocean sign me up!
Ethiopia - Filter
Finishing off with our lightest feature roast, this Ethiopian filter roast launches us into Summer with notes of peach, pineapple and blueberry.
