Drinking Chocolate
Stone Ground | Cocoa Beans, Cacao & Organic Raw Sugar
Three ingredients, nothing else: cocoa beans, cacao powder and organic raw sugar. Bahen & Co make bean-to-bar chocolate on restored vintage stone grinders at their Margaret River farm, and this is that same chocolate in drinking form. It dissolves into a proper chocolate rather than a powdery cocoa, because it is actual chocolate.
How to make it
Stir a heaped tablespoon (20g) into hot or steamed milk. Also works iced. The 200g bag makes about 10 cups. The 1kg makes about 50.
