About this coffee
Medium Roast | Cocoa
A collaboration between PCX and Singular Roasters, built from Brazilian beans from Mogiana and Costa Rican beans from San Jorge. It's designed around a big, straightforward cocoa hit rather than a spread of secondary notes.
Held its own even in a basic percolator jug at "max beans," according to one reviewer — a good sign if you don't have fancy equipment.
