Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in. Pause, skip a delivery, or cancel from your account portal anytime.
What if I don't like the coffee?
Tell us. We'll adjust the next delivery to better suit your taste, or swap you to a different curation. We want you drinking coffee you love — not coffee that's close enough.
How fresh is the coffee?
Roasted by your local Perth roaster usually within a week or two of dispatch. Roast date on every bag. Shipped when it’s drinking at its best. You'll be drinking it well within the freshness window.
Is this expensive?
About $1 a cup — vs $5–6 at most cafés. You're paying for specialty-grade coffee from the best Perth roasters, delivered fresh.
Can I change frequency or quantity later?
Yes — anytime, from your account portal. Going through more or less than expected? Just adjust. No need to cancel and start again.
When do I get my first delivery?
Most subscriptions ship within 2–3 business days of signup. After that, your chosen frequency kicks in.
