When will my coffee subscription start shipping?
Your coffee journey begins right away! We ship your first order soon after you sign up, usually within a few days. We'll get in touch if there's an unexpected delay and offer you some options.
Important note:Orders placed between the 26th and 31st of the month will ship at the beginning of the following month. This only applies to RoM Subscription Boxes, as we eagerly await the arrival of fresh goodies during the Roaster changeover period.
Need coffee sooner?We get fresh beans from our Feature Roasters every week, so you'll never wait long. If you're running low or placed your order between the 26th and 31st and need a quick fix, just let us know, and we'll rush out some amazing coffees to keep you caffeinated!
How do I pause, cancel or manage my subscription?
We're all about making your coffee experience as smooth as your favourite blend. If you need to change your subscription, we've made it hassle-free. Simply head over to your customer portal before your next payment, and with a few clicks, you can pause, skip, or cancel. Easy peasy!
From there you’ll see your list of current subscriptions, click on the desired subscription and you can then select resume, cancel, edit or pause your subscription.

If I sign up for the coffee subscription, how long is the commitment for? What is the cancellation policy?
There is no long-term commitment required for our subscription service. You can choose to receive your coffee monthly, fortnightly, or every six weeks, and you can cancel anytime through your online portal.We want you to enjoy your coffee journey with us without feeling tied down.

Orders Not Yet Shipped: We're happy to cancel these and issue a full refund with no penalty.
Orders Already Shipped: We may need to deduct shipping and return fees from your refund.

Can I buy coffee brewing equipment from PCX?
Yes! We offer a selection of brew accessories like Aeropresses and coffee cups to enhance your coffee experience.
How many cups of coffee can I get from each coffee?
250g bag makes - 15 cups (16g/cup). 1kg bag makes - 60 cups (16g/cup).
How long will my coffee stay fresh?
For optimal flavour, we recommend consuming your coffee within one month of opening and opening within 1 month of roast date.
Store your beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
To keep your beans as fresh we don’t ship your coffee older than 20 days after roasting.Our average ship time is 7-10 days. If you order multiple bags of coffee your dates will vary so you will never be given 4 bags of coffee that are 20 days past the roast date. Ie: Bag 1 - 16 days, Bag 2-3 - 12 days, bag 4 - 8 days.
What is the coffee tasting box?
It's a curated selection of 250g coffee bags tailored to your taste preferences. It's a great way to discover new favourites.
You'll answer a few questions about your coffee preferences such as strength and brew method, and we'll create a personalised box just for you.
How often can I order a coffee tasting box?
You can order as often as you like, some of our amazing customers get a new box delivered every month and love getting a surprise box every month.
Others switch between buying their individual favourites from our online shop to mixing it up with surprise boxes.
