Wolf roast in small batches for espresso first, and this box runs their range side by side.

Colombia Popayán Primera: chocolate richness with tropical fruit brightness and clean, juicy clarity. Espresso, filter or a single origin flat white.

The Wolf Cartel: their signature milk blend. Cacao and praline with malt and biscotti, made for flat whites.

Wider Spectrum: the seasonal espresso blend, anchored by Papua New Guinea and Ethiopia. Shines black, surprises with milk.

Ethiopia Chelebesa: dark chocolate and sticky toffee with orange peel and molasses. Classic Ethiopian with a modern edge.

Where does this sit for strength?
Every coffee we list sits somewhere on a range from gentle to punchy. Check the roast level above, or ask us and we'll place it for you.
How fresh is this coffee?
Our roasters roast fresh for us in small batches, and we usually dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Coffee actually improves for the first week or so after roasting, then holds well sealed. The roast date is on the bag.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us what didn't work and we'll help you find something closer to your taste. Full policy in our help centre.
Will this work with my machine?
Yes. If you're pulling espresso, the Starting Point above gives you a dose, yield and shot time to begin from. Every machine and grinder is a little different, so expect to adjust from there.
