About this coffee

Two different coffees, depending on how you make it.

Medium Roast

Black: Chocolate, Caramel, Pawpaw & Banana
Milk: White Chocolate, Biscuit & Vanilla Slice

Black or filter, this drinks fruity and bright: chocolate and caramel with pawpaw and banana over the top. That's the cup Wolf built it for, and it's Charlie's current top pour over pick among blends.

Add milk and it becomes something else: white chocolate, biscuit, a hint of vanilla slice. Smooth, distinctive, nothing like the standard milk blend.

The blend rotates seasonally, so the character shifts through the year. What doesn't change is that it rewards trying it both ways.

Chocolatey, caramelly, super fruity, with hints of banana and tropical fruit. It's my current top pick for pour over as far as blends go. You're getting a really nice filter coffee at a blend price.

Grind: Coarse, like raw sugar. If it brews too fast, go a touch finer

Where does this sit for strength?

Every coffee we list sits somewhere on a range from gentle to punchy. Check the roast level above, or ask us and we'll place it for you.

How fresh is this coffee?

Our roasters roast fresh for us in small batches, and we usually dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Coffee actually improves for the first week or so after roasting, then holds well sealed. The roast date is on the bag.

What if I don't like it?

Tell us what didn't work and we'll help you find something closer to your taste. Full policy in our help centre.

Will this work with my machine?

Yes. If you're pulling espresso, the Starting Point above gives you a dose, yield and shot time to begin from. Every machine and grinder is a little different, so expect to adjust from there.
