Light-Medium Roast | Pineapple, Candy & Blueberry

A naturally processed Ethiopian, all tropical fruit and sweetness. Pineapple and wild blueberry with a candy-like sweetness that makes it almost too fun.

It shines black or as filter, where the fruit gets room to move. You don't need filter gear though, it is happy on an espresso machine too.

Yield: 36-38g of espresso in the cup
Time: 28 to 32 seconds, timed from the first drop

Where does this sit for strength?

This sits in the middle of our range. Smooth enough for everyday drinking, with enough body to hold its own in a flat white.

How fresh is this coffee?

Our roasters roast fresh for us in small batches, and we usually dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Coffee actually improves for the first week or so after roasting, then holds well sealed. The roast date is on the bag.

What if I don't like it?

Will this work with my machine?

Yes. If you're pulling espresso, the Starting Point above gives you a dose, yield and shot time to begin from. Every machine and grinder is a little different, so expect to adjust from there.
