Medium Roast | Cocoa & Toffee
A Brazilian single origin built around body and sweetness rather than brightness. The cocoa runs dark and the toffee rounds it off, so it drinks full and comforting instead of sharp.
Forgiving to dial in and heavy enough to hold up in milk, so a flat white still tastes of the coffee. A solid everyday bean if you are coming off pods and want comfort over punch.
