About this coffee

Clean, balanced Colombian that behaves however you brew it.

Omni Roast | Cacao Nibs & Mandarin

A washed Caturra grown by Arturo Arango at El Paraíso in Quindío, Colombia. Mandarin brightness sits over a cacao-nib depth, so it stays clean and sweet without tipping into sharp.

Roasted omni, so it pulls a sweet espresso, sits well in milk, and opens up as filter if you want it. Forgiving enough that a slightly off dial-in still tastes good.

So smooth and tasty

“This coffee was amazing; it was so smooth. It has got to be one of the smoothest, nicest coffees I've tasted. I would definitely recommend trying this one at least once.”

Artem Coffee

Mount Pleasant

Artem began with a trip to Hawaii's coffee farms and a second-hand roaster in a Perth garage.

Darren and Tracey have spent nearly a decade obsessing over getting every batch right, so you don't have to think about it, just drink it.

Dose
16.5g of fresh grounds in the basket
Yield
36-38g of espresso in the cup
Time
28 to 32 seconds, timed from the first drop

Questions about this coffee

Where does this sit for strength?
This sits at the gentler end of our range. Lighter and brighter than most, at its best black or in a smaller milk drink.
How fresh is this coffee?
Our roasters roast fresh for us in small batches, and we usually dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Coffee actually improves for the first week or so after roasting, then holds well sealed. The roast date is on the bag.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us what didn't work and we'll help you find something closer to your taste. Full policy in our help centre.
Will this work with my machine?
Yes. If you're pulling espresso, the Starting Point above gives you a dose, yield and shot time to begin from. Every machine and grinder is a little different, so expect to adjust from there.
