About this coffee
Medium Roast | Mango, Pineapple & Papaya
A washed Bourbon and Mundo Novo grown at 1800 metres in Chiapas, Mexico, then decaffeinated. Papaya and mango lead with a pineapple lift, so it tastes juicy and clean rather than flat the way dull decaf can.
Pulls a sweet, rounded espresso and sits happily in milk, or works as an afternoon filter when you want flavour without the caffeine. Roasted medium so the fruit stays intact.

Darren and Tracey have spent nearly a decade obsessing over getting every batch right, so you don't have to think about it, just drink it.
