About this coffee
Omni Roast | Brown Sugar, Cherry & Pineapple
A natural-process Yellow Catuaí from the decorated Fazenda Samambaia estate in Sul de Minas. Brown sugar sweetness sits under juicy cherry and a lift of pineapple, so it drinks fruity rather than flat.
The natural process gives it a full body that turns dessert-like under milk, and it pulls a syrupy, sweet espresso. Stays sweet rather than sharp.

Artem began with a trip to Hawaii's coffee farms and a second-hand roaster in a Perth garage.
