Medium Roast | Toffee, Citrus & Silky
Toffee sweetness runs the length of the cup, with a juicy citrus sorbet character sitting over the top. The texture is the part people notice: smooth, silky and clean from the first sip to the finish.
Grown at 2000 metres in Yirgacheffe and processed at the Amederaro Washing Station, using 74110 alongside local landrace varieties. The washed process is what keeps it this clear: nothing muddying the sweetness, nothing pulling focus from the citrus.
An all-rounder in the best sense. Bright without being sharp, sweet without being heavy.
