About this coffee
Medium Roast | Maple Syrup, Chocolate & Raisin
Maple syrup sweetness arrives thick and stays there. Chocolate fills out the body, with a dried raisin note showing up at the finish.
What sets it apart is definition. PNG coffees often run heavy and blurred, with the sweetness and the body merging into one flavour. This one keeps its parts separate: you can pick the syrup from the chocolate from the fruit.
Grown between 1450 and 2000 metres in the Eastern Highlands, using Typica and Arusha, fully washed.
