A bright, clean Colombian that saves its best trick for the filter brewer

Light-Medium Roast | Mandarin, Lemon Candy & Panela

A single origin from Apia in Colombia's Risaralda region, roasted light-medium as an omni profile so one bag covers espresso, milk and filter.

Citrus leads the cup: mandarin and orange up front with a lemon candy sweetness behind it, all sitting on panela, the raw cane sugar flavour Colombians know well. The body stays round and the cup stays clean through to a sweet finish. Pleasant as espresso, holds up in milk, and genuinely stands out as a filter, where the citrus gets full room to move. One for drinkers who like brightness with sweetness attached, not acidity for its own sake.

Where does this sit for strength?
This sits in the middle of our range. Smooth enough for everyday drinking, with enough body to hold its own in a flat white.
How fresh is this coffee?
Our roasters roast fresh for us in small batches, and we usually dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Coffee actually improves for the first week or so after roasting, then holds well sealed. The roast date is on the bag.
What if I don't like it?

Will this work with my machine?
Yes. If you're pulling espresso, the Starting Point above gives you a dose, yield and shot time to begin from. Every machine and grinder is a little different, so expect to adjust from there.
