About this coffee

The classic Brazil and Colombia pairing, with a funky twist you rarely find in a blend

Medium Roast | Caramel, Brown Sugar, Berries & Citrus

The base is a combination blends have trusted for decades: a natural Brazilian for sweetness and body, a washed Colombian for clarity. Then comes the twist, a second Colombian lot put through double anaerobic fermentation, a process usually reserved for single origins, which brings a funky blueberry and blackberry character into the mix.

Caramel and brown sugar carry the cup, the berries make it juicy, and a lemon and orange brightness keeps it lively. Syrupy through the body, sweet at the finish. One for drinkers who want their everyday blend to have a bit of adventure in it.

Questions about this coffee

Where does this sit for strength?
This sits toward the stronger end of our range. Plenty of body, and it holds its own in a flat white or latte.
How fresh is this coffee?
Our roasters roast fresh for us in small batches, and we usually dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Coffee actually improves for the first week or so after roasting, then holds well sealed. The roast date is on the bag.
What if I don't like it?

Will this work with my machine?
Yes. If you're pulling espresso, the Starting Point above gives you a dose, yield and shot time to begin from. Every machine and grinder is a little different, so expect to adjust from there.
