Milk chocolate and a real vanilla sweetness, with a berry brightness that keeps it from turning one-note. The vanilla is there without tasting like flavouring.

Balanced enough for espresso and milk, and holds up well over ice if you want it cold.

Where does this sit for strength?

This sits toward the stronger end of our range. Plenty of body, and it holds its own in a flat white or latte.

How fresh is this coffee?

Our roasters roast fresh for us in small batches, and we usually dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Coffee actually improves for the first week or so after roasting, then holds well sealed. The roast date is on the bag.

What if I don't like it?

Will this work with my machine?

Yes. If you're pulling espresso, the Starting Point above gives you a dose, yield and shot time to begin from. Every machine and grinder is a little different, so expect to adjust from there.
