A fruit-forward Ethiopian natural for people chasing a brighter cup.

Medium Roast | Nectarine, Caramel & Cherry

A natural-process Ethiopian from the family-run Harosema washing station in Guji, dried up to 26 days on raised beds. Ripe nectarine and cherry lead, with a caramel sweetness underneath to keep it balanced.

Bright and juicy but roasted medium, so it still pulls a friendly espresso and lifts a milk drink rather than getting lost in it. One for drinkers who want fruit without going sour.

Where does this sit for strength?

This sits in the middle of our range. Smooth enough for everyday drinking, with enough body to hold its own in a flat white.

How fresh is this coffee?

Our roasters roast fresh for us in small batches, and we usually dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Coffee actually improves for the first week or so after roasting, then holds well sealed. The roast date is on the bag.

What if I don't like it?

Will this work with my machine?
