Omni Roast | Chocolate & Fruity
A washed Caturra and Typica from the highlands of Popayán, Colombia. Chocolate depth meets a juicy tropical-fruit lift, so it reads clean and lively in the cup.
Roasted omni, it pulls a solid espresso, brews as filter, and even makes a surprising single-origin flat white. Versatile and forgiving, a good one bag to keep around.
