About this coffee
Medium Roast | Cacao, Praline, Malt & Biscotti
A 70/30 blend of naturally processed Brazilian Mogiana and washed Colombian Popayan, built specifically for milk drinks.
The Brazilian side brings cacao and praline sweetness, the Colombian keeps it clean and balanced, and malt and biscotti round it out. Voted second in our 2026 Home Coffee Awards.
Made for flat whites, lattes and piccolos: it comes through the milk without shouting over it. Smooth and forgiving to dial in.
Flat White Drinker
“This brand is new to me and I was excited to try it! Not very bitter at all, very fragrant and makes the perfect flat white coffee to just sip on while watching a movie.”
The roaster
Perth CBD
The Wolf Espresso started as a tiny laneway shop in the city, and owner Rani still roasts every batch himself each Monday.
When your coffee comes from one person's hands, you can taste the care.
The Wolf Cartel is a medium roast that delivers a smooth and creamy cup with low bitterness and low acidity.

“Amazed how smooth this coffee is when still brewing it at 'max beans' setting for my 1L jug percolated coffee machine. No shortage of flavour and no milk required as no bitter tinge comes through over the course of the whole pot.”

“I’ve just tried the Perfect Pair: Dark Roast Duo from Perth Coffee Exchange and I’m genuinely impressed. Both roasts are full-bodied, smooth, and packed with flavour without any bitterness. Campfire Whispers has a rich, smoky depth that’s perfect for my morning brew, while Grand Central is bold and balanced—great as a long black or through the espresso machine. The free premium mug is actually r…”

“Delivers on the acidity from raspberry/blueberry notes - nicely balanced and one of my favorites as espresso”

“This is my morning starter, this coffee is what the label says, chocolatey, intense aroma. Tastes so good, I have espresso shot with a little water & one sugar. I take the Aeropress to work with pre ground coffee so I can have the same great coffee all day!”
