How do I get started?
Select your subscription preferences, and we'll take care of the rest. First-time subscribers enjoy 10% off their first 3 deliveries plus free shipping on all subscription orders.
How do I control my deliveries?
Select your quantity (500g-2kg), delivery frequency (every 2-4 weeks), and roast style. Change or pause anytime up to 48 hours before shipping.
When will my coffee arrive?
We strive to ship within 48 hours and will include tracking info. Most WA customers receive their coffee within 1-3 days.
What if I don't like a coffee?
Rate your coffees to improve future selections. You can easily swap varieties, repeat favorites, or pause deliveries with no questions asked.
What types of subscriptions does PCX offer?
Coffee Explorer Boxes: 4 Different Coffees
Get four different coffees from one roaster each month. Great for trying many flavors and finding what you love. Starts at $63/month for ~60 cups.
Single Coffee Discovery: 1 New Coffee Monthly
Choose either our Roaster of the Month or Jon's Top Picks. Focus on enjoying one new coffee each month. Starts at $42/month for ~30 cups.
Your Favorite on Repeat: Save 5%
Found a coffee you love? Get regular deliveries of just that coffee and save 5% every time.
For all subscriptions you can:
Pick your roast style: Mix Up, Smoother, Stronger, Single Origin, or Decaf
Choose how much coffee: 500g up to 2kg
Set your delivery schedule: Every 2, 4, or 6 weeks

Can I pause or cancel my subscription at anytime?
Yes, absolutely! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties. Simply log into your account dashboard and make changes up to 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
Can I adjust my frequency, quantity and taste settings?
Yes! You have complete control over your subscription. You can easily change:
- How often you receive coffee (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks)
- How much coffee you get (from 500g up to 2kg)
- Your roast preference (Mix it Up, Smoother, Stronger, Single Origin, or Decaf)
All changes can be made through your account dashboard and will apply to your next delivery.

What if I subscribe and I don't like my first coffee?
We want you to love your coffee! If you're not satisfied:
- Rate the coffee in your dashboard so we learn your preferences
- Easily swap to a different coffee for your next delivery
- Contact our team for personalized recommendations
- If you're still not happy, we'll make it right!
How do I manage my subscription?
Managing your subscription is simple:
- Log in to your account at perthcoffeeexchange.com.au/account/login
- Click on "Manage Subscriptions"
- Select the subscription you want to change
- Choose what you want to do:
• Pause deliveries when you have enough coffee
• Skip your next delivery if you'll be away
• Change your coffee selection or preferences
• Adjust your delivery schedule
• Cancel your subscription (no questions asked!)
